Side Focus Knob

Also known as: Side Parallax Knob. The knob on the side of a riflescope used to adjust for parallax error and bring the image into sharp focus at various distances. It offers a more convenient adjustment than an adjustable objective (AO) ring, as it doesn't require reaching to the front of the scope.
